i have them...both sides went out recently. i'm not 100% sure its the kit's fault tho. i'm gonna have my mechanic take a look at it tomorrow.

well i had my car looked at today and all the circuits and wirings are fine so no electrical problems(which is good). i guess its the damn kit's fault...

i cheaped out and bought the kit from ebay but it comes with a 20 month warranty. now the problem is they want me to send the old kit back plus $35 for shipping and handling. 35 bucks for shipping...THATS FNKING OUTRAGEOUS!!! they claim the kits are from Germany and thats y shipping is so expensive. yea right...i call bs. its looks like a little kid in Taiwan put it together.

i dont know, i'm just mad right now because i gotta dish out more money on pointless ****.

I have the HIDs in my projectors, and i think i was one of the earlier ones to do it, the reason im thinking your hids went out is your ballast leaked, i had it happen to me, first the left one went out, i did some testing and found it was the ballast. I took it apart and found water in it had fried it, so if u get a kit silicon the hell outa the ballast before u put it in. i also have the thread in the show and shine section, i still have yet to get pics of the cutoff, but ive been in some trouble latly

i have been interested in doing this for quite some time, but i never really trust ebay all TOOO much for stuff... especially when it seems like its uber cheaper than it should be...

There are some solid brands out there on ebay though, you just have to do your research. unfortunately i havent done much on HID brands, but im sure some of the mods can point you in the right direction.

so i got my HIDs today, im pretty satisfied. i had some time to install them today, well my roommate helped me out a lot. the HIDs fit perfectly into the projector housing. I kind of wished i'd gotten like 6000k or 8000k rather then 5000k becuz u cant really get a white light with the projectors because the lens has a color to it. but yeah, hopefully i can get some pics up tomorrow. I also installed my Injen CAI becuz i already had my bumper off, so I might as well. I want to buy the yellow fogs though... anyways, u guys should check out xenonlink.com
