Where did you score that piece? I'm looking at the diagram for the fog light switch, and the colors aren't matching up.

The short black one is obviously ground, but the other wires in the diagram are red, green/white, and black/yellow. Two of them are only for illumination, one getting power from a relay under the hood, and the other going to the dash lighting dimmer switch. The last one gets a signal from the fusebox (which is an ECU of sorts), and when you push the button, the signal gets grounded through the short black wire.

ebay fogs suck, i bought the yellow ones for my car, and they burnt out like 2-3 months after. So i just took the yellow lens and replaced it with my OEM ones. So I basically paid $60 for some yellow lens... good luck with those fogs...

well how about this.... can I hook that yellow line up to the cig lighter or some kind of power sorce? the black is a ground and the yellow I think is the power for the relay. the fogs already have there own relay and fuse and power/ground wire. what do you guys think about that yellow wire?

As for the yellow JDM fog lights I bought them from ebay and I have not had a problem with them yet. They have been on my car for a lil over 3 months and for 60 bucks they are good. If you are looking for a brights yellow though u will have to buy bulbs and switch them out. anyway good look with that wiring.

Well I just cut the connector off and hooked the wire to my fuse box under my dash. I hooked it to the cigeriette lighter fuse.
