Installing a new Head Unit

Hey guys, I just got my new head unit today (got a deal on Amazon, its a Sony CDX GT320). The previous owner of my car had already installed a Pioneer receiver, but it doesn't have an AUX audio port, and is pretty worn looking which is why I'm replacing it with this new one.

My question is do I have to order the Mitsubishi wiring harness adapter or would I be able to re-use the one I'm assuming was used on the installation of the current Pioneer receiver?

I don't want to have to order a $15 part for no reason.

Thanks guys
