Ow, that sucks. Hopefully, you can just pull the spark plugs and use the starter to pump out the water.

i would think worst case scenario would be that he washed the oil off his cylinder walls and that the piston scratched them and that he needs to hone the block or worse bore it over...then bent or broken rods lol (only cause the rods are a drop in replacement where-as the engine would have to be removed for the scratch issue) ...water has a horible nack of gettting everywhere and ruining everything..happen to my friends eclipse ended up geting out of the car...just wasnt worth it to him
so the dealership called me today and said there gonna put a used motor in there covered under warrenty, or if possible just fix whats causing the problem.They said they could put a brand new motor in there as well but i'd have to take an insurance claim, but i cant afford the $1000 deductable so, used motor it is.
Another question is when they put a used motor in do they replace the entire thing, cause i wanna keep my aftermarket parts on there, and well the kilometers change?
