The ball joint is one piece with the control arm, so to replace the joint, you need to replace the whole arm. However, your ball joint is likely fine, and you can purchase just the cover from a dealer, part number below.

When installing the new cover, make sure you clean out all the old contaminated grease then put fresh grease in there.
