ok so i have 04 ralli when i have my heat on it will blast when its towards ur face but if i switch it to feet then cold air comes out its like the hot air isnt being transfered or theres like a hole in the hose and its pushing cold air...... an of course now its like super freaking cold and all im getting is cold air at my feet.... an i dunno ur ur guys heat is like mine but its real real hot air so after a while u dont want it on ur face


also does neone elses car eat gas whith the heat on???? just curious

 

Running the heater has absolutely no effect on gas mileage unless you're running it on defrost. FYI, the heating system is always on when the car is on, since the heat merely comes from the coolant going through a core (mini-radiator) in the air plenum.

From what you describe, I would suspect that something in the plenum broke.
