I saw a Mitsubishi dealership when I was in Tokyo as well as a few other places that service Mitsu. I'm sure it can't be that hard to find.

Where in Japan are you going I was only there a couple of weeks ago. I went to the super Autobacs in Tokyo Bay / Odaiba. There is an autobacs in Shinjuku as well. They didn't really have stuff for lancers, or even evo's for that matter. most of the stuff was for the liberty or the legacy or whatever they call it over there. It could be just because I suck at speaking Japanese. They have a huge range of rims and seats. Not sure if they'd be cheaper than buying in the US atm due to exchange rate, but its worth a look if you in Tokyo, the car park is like an mini auto salon

also its kinda close to Joypolis where you can play in actual cars (the whole car moves when you turn and drift etc.

Best bet is to go with a friend who can speak Japanese, there are heaps of car mags in the bookshops that will have small tuning shops.
