is this mean my bulb is burned out already???

i changed my oem headlight bulbs last summer with something called like Xenon Fusion which i got from a reputable car parts store around here in my area for like $25. tonight when i started my car... the DRL comes on but i noticed my passenger headlight was no light coming out, when i turned on my low beam there was no light still except for the parking lights but when i turned on my high beam it worked.

just wonderin if this mean that my bulb is burned out already & needs to be changed.

Thanks in advance.

Brighter halogen bulbs tend to have a shorter lifespan because they burn hotter. Cheaper brands don't help, either. Even the better brands, such as the Silverstar Ultras, usually only last about a year.

I had this same problem with my bulbs last week. I put up a thread and found that the bulbs were just burnt out and I just put in the regular halogens. Look into getting HIDs if you want that xenon white look which is what I'm doing once my projectors come in.

yea I had this problem a couple months ago when I first got my RA. One of the bulbs weren't working, so I replaced both with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9007! They are really bright white, but I dont expect them to last longer than a year bc of reasons already stated you shouldn't get the cheap bulbs, they wont last long at all!

they might, but like otter said above, the brighter the halogen bulb, the shorter the lifespan
