Question Ralliart noob

hi guys, i just purchased a 2004 lancer ralliart wagon and was wondering, which is the better choice, i have the stock ralliart front sway bar but was wondering a buddy of mine has a rmm front strut without the middle screws for it would that be worse than what i already have or better? lemme know

I think it possibly could be worse because it doesnt have that middle support. The stock sway bar I believe is more than enough on the wagon unless you plan on tracking that thing. But I dont think there would be that much a difference from the stock vs the rrm unless their sway bar is thicker.

I don't know if even the occational track-goer would really notice a difference between the two. On the RA, the front strut towers are really close to the firewall anyways.

On a related side note, does anyone know if the strut bar from an Evo bolts right up to the other Lancers? It certainly seems that it should...? If so, to the OP, if you're pushing for max rigidity, I'd look into an upgraded 3-point bar from an Evo.

Evo bars will not fit the '04-'06 OZ/RA.

That being said, I would trust a bar made by mitsu before anything other than Tein, Cusco, Ralliart, or Titanium(DC Sports).
