I'm working on implementing an overboost cutoff. The factory MAP sensor doesn't read more than a few PSI of boost so I want to replace it with one that can read let's say 2-3 BAR. Can anyone with access to an EVO tell me if there is a MAP sensor on the far end of the intake manifold?

The Evo does have a stock MAP sensor on the IM. You can see it in this image, right next to the dip stick.
