MIVEC Timing

I was told a year ago when i was getting my routine maintenence done that i would need my Valve timeing adjusted in about a year. So now comes a year and im thinking if i learn how, i will just do it myself. Does anyone know how or has done it. The reason im asking is because i don't want to mess with the variable valve timing unless i know exactly what i am doing. ???? ????

It's not your timing that needs adjusting, it's the valve lash. IMO, it's easy, but people on this forum have a history of managing to screw it up royally
