I have an automatic transmission on my Ralliart and have a question for some of the people on the site with the more highly modified automatics. Do you have traction issues with your mods or does your car always hook up fine??? I only have an intake and exhaust and my car does not spin at all full throttle in first gear. I am going to try to put together a custom turbo kit this summer using a bunch of stock EVO parts someone that lives near me has and was just curious how the car will hook up turbo.

 

well with my mods in my sig, i still dont have tire spin, if i do its only barely noticeable

 

I don't have a ralliart, but I have a turbo oz running about 7-8psi. Traction is gone in first, and I can spin through second if I don't let off on the 1-2 shift.

I filled my front motor mount and I feel it helped a little with traction.

 

I'm going to be getting an automatic ECU in shortly. I can't promise having too much time to work on it but I may be able to adjust the shift solenoid duty cycles and such. This will affect the shift firmness. At this point I've only promised to take a look as I'm not convinced there is a lot of market for reprogramming the auto ECU.

I honestly doubt you would sell many auto ECUs. I really don't want to mess with an automatic but just love my Ralliart. Been tempted so many times to trade for something with a manual transmission and still not sure that I won't.
