20 was a guess or it went up i dont know i had mine almost two years but its super simple the only hard part is if you go for the max reduction yo have to cut away part of the shifter housing/frame but if you have basic mech skills your golden only issue i ran into is the pivot point and counter weight are welded so to salvage the mounting piece (you will see it when you open it up) you have to cut the stick in half, hack saw will take an hour its all hardened

There's already a photo how-to for it in the Evo section, I believe.

Here's the one I was thinking of. The pic links are broken, but the steps are more than specific enough.

I have the TWM and like it a lot!! If you go with this I recommend getting one of there aftermarket shift knobs. He new shaft does not have the counterweight on it so the stock shift knob makes the whole thing feel to light. When you put the weighted aftermarket knob on its crazy nice!!!

I have the Ebay one to cause at the time there wasnt alot of them made but its great though you do have to cut the stock one in half like he said to get the top part of the pivit ball assembly out and the reduction is great and smooth it can also be made a shorter throw if you cut an additional inch or so out of it and re-weld it also the stock shifter knob if you take the leather off it its a nice plastic black ball doesnt get hot and you can screw it way down on the new shifter to make it shorter

The short shifter installation is quite easy, check this link for a pictured installation manual:
