Leaking Washer Fluid?

I emptied my washer fluid today to clean out all the summer stuff, and put in some winter fluid. Everything was working fine. After I filled the reservoir back up, and went to run the winter fluid through everything, I can hear the pump running, but nothing is coming out. I checked the hose below the nozzles, nothing is coming out of there, so the nozzles aren't plugged. I looked at the reservoir, it had went down some. I smelled washer fluid, so figured it must be leaking somewhere. Sure enough, a little puddle of washer fluid had formed on the plastic splash guard below the washer fluid reservoir. Any idea where it is leaking from? I do the same thing each fall, so can't see why this year something broke. Has anyone taken out their washer fluid reservoir before? It looks like an annoying job. I'm gonna try to check underneath the car tomorrow when its light out, see if I can take off the splash guard and see the bottom of the reservoir to determine where its leaking from. Thanks!

You're not going to know without pulling the splash guard out and looking.
