Thanks robyn, Thomar never had issues with northside either.

However, I called northside before to book an appointment with them to get my fan controller replaced as a part of the recall. I called the number, talked to the person, and they were aware of the fan recall and said that it would be done under the recall free of charge.

The way the system works however, is that if northside does not pick up, the call is redirected to westside since both northside and westside mitsubishi are owned under the same company of dealerships called the Yachimec Group.

So, I arrive at the dealership (northside) an hour early of my appointment time and go to the service adviser telling them I had an appointment, but they can't find my appointment. I had told them I can called them and booked it, and the service adviser then called another number (presumably westside?) and he told me I was booked in with westside. I had told him that there is no way I am going back to westside because of the damages done to my vehicle as well as the way I was treated. he explained that the system is automated, and that if northside does not pick up, the call gets redirected to westside since they are owned by the same company, Yachimec Group.

The service adviser then looked up my VIN and said that there were no recalls for the fan controller, even though the person I spoke to on the phone said there was. I then requested to talk to the service manager, but apparently he was on vacation in Hawaii, and they, for some reason, were not aware of his date of return. Whether or not this is true, I do not know. But I am sick and tired of playing Mr. Gullible since I was too forgiving of westsides mistakes, and therefore I am assuming that they were trying to prevent me from speaking with the service manager.

having said that, I still cannot trust any mitsubishi dealership. but the next time you are there and speak to Mike, can you let him know of my situation on how I was treated at westside? and let me know if he as anything to say?

I am honestly just sick and tired of mitsubishi because of the way I was treated and taken advantage of, and therefore I just do not want to deal with them anymore.
