Question Alternative Mini Battery?

I was shopping around for the Odyssey PC680 and found this "comparable" motorcycle batter.

http://www.amazon.com/ODYSEEY-REPLAC...6099308&sr=1-2

What do you guys think? Could I get this instead of the Odyssey?
I think the CCA is about 420.

motorcycle batter
mmmm... *drool*

but in all seriousness, no. Motorcycle batterys are made for motorcycles. The power demand of your car is much greater than what that battery will deliver.

keep in mind if the battery doesnt keep up with the cars demands it WILL burn out the alternator...you may even feel a power loss from puttin that in there a voltage stablizer might be a good idea with that battery

If it's weight savings you're concerned about then a battery relocate to the trunk would be a much better idea.

keep in mind that this is a battery meant to match or exceed the Odyssey PC680

I got it today and installed it no problem. Just had to buy a mounting kit from autozone because the stock one wouldnt screw down far enough. the threads ended.

Anyways, seems to be working just fine. I did a little bit of spirited driving today and the brackets holding up fine.

I'm really not worried about the battery crapping out on me as long as those mini batterys that you guys use dont crap out.
