i'd stick to products that are known to be built well.

as mentioned in another threat you posted; RRM, AEM, etc...

only if you want a check engine light. this one WILL make you throw a code as it is not designed like the other intakes where the maf sensor is not worth the time

Most of the ebay CAIs are 3 in diameter. We need 2.5 in at the MAF location to not throw a CEL. The MAF will read way to much air with that intake. Just cut the stock airbox. Connect a Spectre Flex Hose to the piping and run it to your wheelwell and put a cone on the end of that. Viola $40 CAI.

Ahh, just stop with all these e-bay ****.
It's like if you want some **** cheap, why try buying something cheap when you have an evo!?!?!
It's like buying cheap tires for your evo. WHAT DAH FAWK!?!?! Tires are what contact the ground 100% of the time when the car is moving. Going cheap on that is just plain stupid. \:

So going cheap with this intake is a NO-NO! Just stick with the legit ones on the market.
If you want to go cheap, then by all means do it and see the consequences at the end.

Go on here in the classifieds and you will find an intake well under $200 with shipping included and it's WAYYY better than the one on e-bay.

So start doing your search now.

You've been on here for a year now. So you're good on that, but the post, yah you're gonna need to bump that up.

Well if you can't find any for your car on here, then i don't know what else to say, haha....besides buy a brand new one from a Vendor, but then again, you're not down to pay $250-$300 for an intake. \:
