Bracket do look like EVO8 one's. There's post here talking about them that they fit after a little work on the holes with a dremel...

Sparco Evo XL seats are made for the more "typically" sized American. They're the seats that they run in the SIARPC on Top Gear.

That seat is made for people who wear stretch pants I'm not that big yet lol

FYI The shoulder on the EVO 3 XL seat are far too big at 25" they hit the B-Pillar.

I went with a Cobeau A4 Wide it's going to be a tight fit but it will fit with the console intact at least I hope.

Epic FAIL !

As for brackets the passenger side needs only a minimal amount of dremel or filing I went the filing by hand route don't know why... I'm weird like that I'll do work with hand tools instead of power. Drivers side goes in with no work at all direct fit.

Seatbelt bolts must be cut in order to not have them rub a hole in your new seats.

The seats are great if I could somehow cut the shoulder bolsters off. Apparently my shoulders are super wide but I guess I thought I could fit in a seat with 23" shoulder bolsters I guess my shoulders are 2ft wide should have played football instead of hockey.

Anyways after driving for a couple hours my shoulders have sort of rug burn lol. So it's looking like I'll need to exchange these for the GTS II which have no shoulder bolster as the A4 Wide is the widest seat they offer lol...

Had to put an email into Corbeau to find out what seat they recomend to wide shouldered people I have a feeling VX2000 is in my future or the GTS which looks like our stock seat pretty much.

Oh ya and my transmission is shot....

76428 Miles or 125000kms.

Input shaft bearing went at least everything points to that so it's atleast driveable. This is probably mostly my fault for doing too much high rpm down shifting, brakes are cheaper than transmissions....need to beat that into my head.

My car sounds like it's got dog cut gears

So far in the past 3 weeks it's only been fun.

- Fan control module
- 3 Injector seals leaking
- Input shaft bearing
- Rear LCA bushings both sides
- Oil Return line leak
- Intercooler leak found / intercooler replaced
- Warped rotors
- Throw out bearing is squeaking as well..seems they only last about 30k in these cars.

Indeed it's driveable, just too much all at once for my liking just like wives I need a break from spending every weekend with her.

I'm pretty sure my car was EMP'd.
