After owning 3 DSMs I would NEVER own another one again. They are possibly the worse built cars Mitsubishi has ever produced. They fall apart like wet paper and cost a ****load to maintain.

Having to deal with the constant fear of crankwalk and then spending money to swap over to a 6 bolt motor just sucked.

Man you have to upgrade not regress...if you wanted to get something different and throw down extra money get like an early 2000s S4 or a GTI.

ive gone with the 240 sr20 swap..i liked it but want something different..ive looked into gti and gli not my thing ...was considering a srt4 but there are enough of them running around town..i have lots of experience with dsm's just never owned one..the one im getting is all stock and has 40k miles on it absolutely flawless...and i was in my buddys 2G when he got crankwalk..it is the worst noise ever lol but in my basement we have probably close to 10k worth of dsm parts from turbos to trannys to complete engines 6 bolt and 7 bolt and thats not even out at the shop i honestly dont even know whats out there...i think its time i own a dsm for a bit and see how it goes
