Headlights with top edge covered

I've seen a good many RA's with their headlights top painted or whatever to make it look more like an Evo.. how do youns do it? the guy that had my car before me attempted to do it but failed lol

I'd stay away from eyelids most will cover about 30% of the headlights, while it may "look" better you'll loose that light coming out as well , just a thought.

some manufacturers have warnings saying to use them for show cars due to the reduction in light. but many people run the constantly, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue

personally, I don't think they look that good.

looks decent straight away but once you move to the side it's meh. I've only seen 1 pair of eyelids that fit nicely, and thats the carbon by design one, which I have for sale

I had rrm's set , good fit but like I said it DOES reduce the light coming out but it's your car man if you like it ... Do it

i have hids, it doesnt block any nights. then again i have nicer eye lids then the stupid ones that try to make a non evo lancer look like an evo

you also have to remember that eventually you will lose one while riding down the highway. it will just fly away once the glue gets old enough. the you have a lone eyelid and your car just winks at everyone . thats what happened to me. just ended up removing the other one. and the glue that was left over on the lights was awful looking and hard to remove.
