I was just looking at www.carmax.com and searched for a fully loaded Ralliart sedan in the Baltimore/DC area. 18,128. Not bad at all, so if you're looking for a new RA, that might be a good place to start and avoid all the haggling BS. You'll easily have it on the road for under 20K.

 

I looked at my paperwork and I got it for $19K even, it has the sun and sound package plus the car had only 9miles on it when I bought , they had it for only 24 hours. It was priced at a little over $20K but they gave me a $1,000 rebate I think it's called the mitsubishi loyalty rebate or something like that plus I didn't have to pay any sales tax or licensing fees since I'm in the military, the only fee I had to pay was $15 for the plate.
