Have you had to do the timing belt on it? If so was it something you did or can do yourself? I have an '04 and just bout to hit 120K and had been advised to change it before it breaks.

its not too hard...but it is somewhat time consuming and confusing if you dont know what u're doing...im pretty sure there's @ least 2 stickies(saved threads) on how to do if, plus if u ask, almost every1 in this section can help kuzz we've likely done one or more...

there's a video on youtube of a 4g69 timing belt job, it's for an eclipse, but the motor is the same..
