valve lash or something else

So i am a firm believe if its not broken dont fix it...well after consistantly getting 26-29mpg in my car gas milage dipped off to 22-24. So I recharged my k&n, no change through a tank...fresh oil got me 24-26 but performance has still been sluggish. Ive been watching valve lash video and have been annoyed with the tick its developed or I started to notice. I also noticed that coil tubes 3 and 4 had a little oil on yhe upper coil pug. So while replacingvalve cover gasket and tube seals I thought i'd check for any valve adjustment needed. What I found was cyl 1intake side a little loose and the rest seemed almost too tight do to never doing this before I left them in stock form. I did notice that no matter cam position the right side rocker was always rockable. This seems odd to me? Also the ticking sound is still there. And performance seems bout the same as before. Any thoughts?
I took video of before after and of the rocker arm being loose ill try to get it up tmro.

when any one valve is fully seated the rocker will have play, that's when you measure the lash...i would clean your MAF...they don't like oiled filters...

Thanks crans will definetly do that... that 1st cylinder intake rocker had play no matter where in the cycle it was. Which would explain the sound if indeed its it.

when the cam and rocker is pushing on a valve, it shouldn't have any play what so ever, inspect thoroughly...

This is important. Take it from me who has screwed up a valve lash adjustment before: tiny differences in adjustment matter for both performance and efficiency.
