Incorrect. It's 3M tape in a cartoon graffiti style. I'm waiting on a new stock front lip to come in, as this one has massive paint chips due to my ex-wife driving my car like a maniac during my recent deployment. For $10, it was much more aesthetically pleasing to look at (and oddly, got me lots of nods and thumbs-up) then half white, half red in a blotchy pattern.

And the aesthetic difference between a lip that is "sticker bombed" and "3M tape in a cartoon graffiti style" is...?
Chips and pot marks are inevitable, whether you "drive it like a maniac" or whether she's your "ex-wife."
I've had my $500+ CF lip for under (6) months and it's riddled with chips from everyday city driving.

My 35 y.o. brother-in-law just bought a cheap PU lip and "stickered bombed" it. I'm still trying to figure out what that's for...
I sort of relate it to the WWF where humans wear costumes and act out comic book-like characters, but there's no real wrestling involved, but, at the same time, people pay to watch it. Just sayin'.....
