I'm in the market for a new/used car got around 4500$ really wanting a 04 ralliart need help to figure out how long the usual 2.4 will run for and if it is more logical to buy a cheaper hi mile car then rebuild with extra cash or buy a nice modded one with all my cash. May be a dumb question but thanks!

 

These are very robust engines, no issues. If you get a car with no mods then figure on spending about $1.5k for basic mods that you really feel. These mods are well documented in our RA forums - for example, read the jmwalla post just near this one!
