06 ralliart sputter
I have an 06 ralliart stock everything, recently when i accelerate lightly in lower gears it sputters almost like a misfire or lack of fuel, timing belt was done 5 months ago, havent done anything to it,i drive it smoothly everyday, this doesnt seem to happen at higher speeds just in lower gears under light acceleration,if i push harder on the gas pedal it goes away till i slow down and have to take off again, has 120000 km on it,anybody else have this problem?

Like granny shifting into 2nd,at 20km and accelerating at slowly around 1800 rpm on a small incline or turn and it will bogg/spit out for a second,my driving habbits with this car have not changed since i bought it a year ago, cause i know some of you would say that speed or rpm is too slow for that gear, but this only started occuring a week ago,and mitsubishi cant even find the cause of it!!!!

you know that kills your fuel economy right? if you apply throttle at very low RPM, the engine will run very rich...
it's hard to say what it is without personally experiencing it...cause one person's sputter, is another's shutter, and yet another's stutter...I mean what does that mean?
the only thing you can is try to find out if it happens at the same speed in multiple gears, same rpm in different gears (these will be different speeds, of course), and try to find differences and similarities in the symptom...

It does not do it in the higher gears, the onlyway for it not to happen is to over rev everytime i shift, but in slow moving rush hour traffic i cant and thats when i really feel it,and no its not out of time

yes but did you look at the data stream to see what your fuel trims, ignition timing were?
1800 rpm in second gear up hill or turning? sounds normal, at that rpm, under those conditions, I would imagine the engine would be fighting a stall...it's like trying to start from a dead stop in 3rd, the engine will shutter because it's about to stall....
