Rear passenger side quarter panel damage

I got hit overnight in a parking lot. Bumper is fine but the side tail light and quarter panel have been dented significantly. Anyone have any clue on what it is worth to fix? Scared the insurance company will total it. It drives just fine. Should I just knock out the dent and replace taillight or take the chance with insurance? I only have uninsured motorist coverage for my car.

bumper doesn't look fine at all, and the trunk lid looks bent a little too...that's pretty bad, there could potentially be damage to the chassis...that would cost probably $3k or more around here...what's all that **** all over it?
