Does the EVO 8 have a multi bulb /projector style headlamps? will they fit an 04 Lancer, I have a Sportback and would like to have HID lights, however I am not willing to compromise my DRL as it's a hefty fine in Alberta not having DRL's, so if anyone knows please reply

 

They are a completely different shape. The only way they would fit would be to do some body work to the fenders and the hood to make them come all the way down to the headlights. Otherwise you will have a big gap above the headlights.
