Your advertising $1000 with S&H and your trying to make it sound like a great deal??

I'm I missing something here??

Nick

No doubt I got quoted $1200.00 CAN shipped to Calgary, Alberta. $1200.00 CAN is equal to $872.96 USD.

Sorry, the above has been clarified. There was a mistake in the qoute.

i dont know who gave you that price...since you cant get the evo 8 conversion yet in the us..and the retail is 1300...i would check that again...i will have the VP of sales for accolade post to confirm and fix any confusion...also..this kit will ship from cali...not sri lanka..in a matter of days of the closing

also...guys..im Will..not dave...i will find out about mixing and matching..they might not want to do that..but im sure i can talk to them...also...they will ship to canada! i will get you prices...

and...

guys dont post bs in here...yes its not an evo..but some people cant get it..but hell...throw a kit on it...and add some "fun ****" to your engine..and it can be better than an evo..also..remember..canada doesnt allow evo's there...so stop w/ the bs...go to the evo threads then...and dont waste up space in here...if you want to talk ish..my gst will kill an evo..it has already..not mention gsr's...and sti's...so just let people do what they want to their cars...you dont see me talkin ish that the evo is just a factory suped up lancer w/ a galant front end...do you??

for everything else..i will find out tonight guys...

thanks!

Below is the full thread from my email with Accolade ... it clearly states that the Ralliart EVO 8 Kit is $990 shipped to my business address. I'm not saying your wrong here .. but somethings fishy!!!

Please let us know about splitting the kits up as well .. I have had several conversations with Dave@Accolade .. and he was going to his sales team to see what he could do about it. I have money on hand and ready to act on the Hood and Front Bumper!!

Thanks,
Nick

MitsuRider03 was quick to answer my e-mails
Again, thanks for the info.

hey bro...i dont mind answering questions at all...first...i believe a wire/metal mesh will be placed behind the hole..to prevent a lot of debris hitting your radiator/intercooler. I find out if it comes w/ it..if not..it costs like 20 bucks i believe..also...as for the reinforcement bar..you dont have to remove it...accolade takes this into consideration...and makes their kits work with the reinforcement bar..they are really the only manufactures out....where you dont have to remove this bar...as for the lights..i'll find out...it shouldnt be a fitment issue...

i'll let you know...

Canadian friends up North. Cuz we can't get the EVO 8 over here, I think
that there might be a possible problem with the EVO 8 kit on the
Ralliart. Hopefully you can clear things up for us

Here we go!

There's a big gaping hole in the front where the intercooler usually is
on the EVO. the means it's the radiator that'll be exposed. Anyways, I'm
not familiar with cars that much but debris flying into the radiator is a
bad thing, correct?

also, I'm not sure how the stock Ralliart fog lights are gonna fit on the
EVO bumper either since the shaping seems different (upside down,
maybe?). Can they fit on the EVO 8 bumper? Or do they have to be removed?

And in Canada, we don't get the EVO8 because of strict bumper regulations
that made it such that the EVO 8 failed the test. From what I read, the
structural reinforcement on the normal Lancer's bumper is how the normal
Lancer managed to get in. Does the EVO 8 body kit accomodate this
reinforcement? From what I've read, that part is located right where the
intercooler on the EVO 8 is.

Thanks for your time!

Thanks Will. Why is this guy answering their sales email if he is no longer affiliated with the company?? I mean .. I was about to buy this kit for the price he quoted .. I can't imagine they would stay in business for too long if they where jacking the prices up after giving out quotes .. ya know!!

Keep us updated.

Thanks,
Nick

anyone hear of DatooR?... I inquired about the evo kit to Accolade and they pretty much told me to talk to DatooR instead(maybe because i'm in toronto and this company is canadian based)... anyways, DatooR told me that they could set me up with the full evo8 kit painted and installed for $2500.00cnd ..which is grreeat!.. i mailed them back to ask how much it would be if i only wanted the kit without the side skirts and with the gt eyelids included. They told me that they don't sell them individually and that the kit would cost $2950.00cnd unpainted..uninstalled... and i was like..wtf?........ wtf is that?!? ...i even had the original msg quote included in my email showing their F up.. so i was like screw this!

so yeah.. MitsuRider, keep me posted man.. i'd rather drive around with my stock ground effects and scratched hood instead of buying from some crooks

hey guys...i tried...maybe i can talk them down in the half kit thing...but from talking to them...they lose money on the half kits...b/c they have a set shipment sent to the US...they only sent 14 of these kits...since this is the FIRST time they will be offered here in the US...this is kind of a introductory item for the ralliart...kind of like an "unveiling" of sorts...so i do kind of understand where they are coming from...if it was just some other kit that has been out there and everyone has...im sure it would be cheap as all helll....but this is a one of kind kit...so it wont happen like that for awhile then...
