I was just thinking about this because it just rianed and noticed the disc breaks got rusty again :/ and i know thats normal and it comes off just by tapping the breaks, but are engine is cast iron. so doesnt that mean rust attacks it hardcore aswell? i havn't done an oil change or gotten underneither the car to check yet. but has anyone seen/noticed alot of rust under there engine?

 

I was just under my car last weekend. They use a high quality paint on the block. Its black, not crusty rusty...

Don't sweat it, it should be fine for quite a while.

 

good to hear. i'd be hella pissed if my block started rusting up so fast.
