for 17297, this includes all discounts/rebates. I thnk they are also willing to pay off my 2000 Cherokee Limited. I think that's pretty good, but wanted some other opinions...
Also, do you expect any deals when the '05's hit? I was ready to wait, but then I had this offer come in (I'm also partial to the new graphite color, but I also haven't been able to compare it to thunder grey)

they will definitely be blowing out the 04's when the 05's come out and if not...heck you only waited about an extra month or so to find that out....if anything the longer you wait the better the deal because they will want to move them to make room for newer inventory... so prices will be at lowest levels then.
