Question which is faster?

I have heard several different answers about NA and FI. If you have a 230WHp 230 lb-ft of torque from a turbo and the exact same numbers from a NA engine. Which of the 2 cars are the faster one. Mind you they weigh the same and the same tires and the same power. so who is faster?

turbo doesn't kick in right away and it lags more when shifting. this means it isn't hitting its peak hp range as long as an NA, however a supercharger is always on so it runs more like a na. This is why my ralliart is always faster then my friends 1.8T

depends what rpms the car is at...low rpm NA wins (no turbo spool issues). High rpm turbo wins (lack of intro pull is made up by "put you in the seat" later pull). That's my guess but don't really know.
