More n00b questions

Would having the engine in the redline (at 7000, maybe 7500) be really bad? I won't mention how this happened, but I shook my head afterwards. I am so paranoid about this car still (only a month old). I have already had bad luck (one windshield, a dent already). I'm pretty sure it can handle the revs. It is "broken" in at 2500kilometers and it was fully warmed up, so it should be ok. I just need reassurance lol.

The red line is there for a reason. To make sure that you do not rev the car more than it can handle. If this is the first time, I would not worry about. Just refrain from doing it again and again as it will eventually hurt the car.

7000 isn't bad you dont' want to hold it at that RPM but try not to take it over 7k because thats the engineering limits of whats safe to run the engine at once or twice probably wont hurt it but don't make a habit of redlining

If you do want to increase your redline limit there are mods that will enable the engine to handle higher RPMS do a search if you want im sure you will find plenty of info here

I didn't just sit there and rev it for kicks (so dumb). It was an accident. I definitely won't let it happen again.

You're fine. The engine is not 'fragile', so it can take a little abuse every once in a while

FYI
The car hits the rev-limiter in 2nd gear at approximately 58 mph. Don't ask!
