Nice! Let us know what the model # on the muffler was, and of course how you like it.

Try to post pics as well!

Wow...its done! Deltarider99, not sure of the model no. but its is the Street Series with a four inch doubled walled outlet. He also had the racer series muffler and let me hear both of them on my car before hooking it up. OMG...it sounds so cool. And This just may be my imagination, but it does seem to have slightly more torque in the lower ranges. Really deep sound. They had the part in stock and installed it for $250. I'm really happy with it. Also got my oil changed today...Mobile 1 Synthetic. Nex comes the CAI!

Actually, it was just the muffler. They had to fanricate a piece of pipe to get the muffler centered in the little cutout on the back bumper. BTW, there is a resonator that is in line after the cat convertor on the RA. I didn't know that until today when it was on the rack. Wonder what it would be like to take that off?

Someone did that a while back. They didn't really like the sound, and immediately had it welded back on. But it all depends on what kind of sound you're looking for. You will get a very raspy sound without a resonator, instead of that deep sound you're getting right now.

I believe thats the muffler I have on my 02 Lancer- check registry for pics. I'm not too satisfied with the way it fits, but w/e. It sounds better than the average fart can.
