For sale, or on sale? It isn't even for sale yet, so on sale will take a while. Expect to pay aroud 4 grand and get about 240 hp at the flywheel and about 210 hp at the wheels. Once this happens you should get Dodge Neon srt-4 type of performance.

Its possable but you will need beter internals to handle that much boost. It will take more then just a bolt on.

are you serious? he RA's internals are awesome...and are made to be boosted....expect the intercooled kit to be around 230-240 to the wheels...once they get the piggy tuned for it....you be looking at close to 280-300

Where did you get the info that says the internals are made to be boosted?

The car comes with great pistons and heads so the car can handle being ran hot but it will take some real tuning to get enough boost to add 150 whp, remember stock whp is about 140. In short, if you want to be faster then an STi buy an EVO.

Am I wrong in saying the crank, rods and pistons in the 2.4L are forged? I do know the pistons are great (ceramic coated or something), but the crank and rods have to be strong enough to handle boost too. You can't throw a turbo on an engine with cheap rods/crank.

I don't think that they are forged, probably a pretty good set of cast, same with the crank. I think Turbo Tech in Purto Rico had pistons, rods, and a crank custom forged for him so he could boost a lot. Still I'm sure the stock internals can take at least 12 psi reilably. Kinda like the chrystler 2.2 turbo-1 engines; all cast internals still took 14 psi all day long; fast little suckers too.

Am I wrong in assuming the rods would be a possible weak point because of the long (almost truck-like) stroke of our motor?

I think you guys are forgetting that the internals can be as strong as you want but if the compression is too high it wont matter. What kind of comression ratio are they running in those cars? Also about the STI thing it would be awsome to see you whip on the STI's but you forget a very big factor. AWD!! You will have allot of catching up to do once you get traction. Now from a roll i think you got them!!!
