2nd to 3rd

when going high speeds on 2nd and about too red line it , dose anyone have a problem going to 3rd. with me its like allways stuck or dosent want to go in ? dose this happen to anyone else

I haven't had a problem with it yet It grinded once when I did that but Its never refused to go into gear

hmm this happen 2 me twice maybe after 2nd i should get it to the middle then hit 3rd , i dunno its allways happen when im about to redline and , you know R**ing

More practice ? I know i've done it twice also so i'm just going to practice more.

I think for me it's just a matter of getting used to the new shifter and bushings everything is so close now.

I find that my stock Civic was easier to get to 3rd. I think the way from 2nd to 3rd isnt straight enough.

I agree with the short shifter kit tis might happen. I have the B&M adj, shifter with bushings. it happens to me, but it has nothing to do with red line. I think some people might associate it with the red line, cause the cars going fast and you trying to shift even faster. just relax and think one step at a time and it works fine....works for me anyways

yeah, the best way to go at it is to shift the same at 6000 rpms as you would at 3400 rpms. stop getting so excited, take a deep breath, and do things step by step. if that doesn't work, then sell your car and buy a huffy j/k
