Im new to the Mitsu world , as my wife and I just bought a 03 Outlander ,
unfortunatly its NT .
What I was wondering is does anybody know any web boards for the outlander??

It may get added onto here soon. RRM has been daveling with turboing the outlander as well i believe. They are just waiting for mitsu to give them one.

 

Cool, so any ideas about the enigines in these things ?
Arent they the same as the lancer or something?
I want to take out the SUPER restricting Air intake and put something else in there , but I dont want a cone filter that sucks hot engine air.
Any ideas or suggestions?

 

You should call in and talk to RRM. I'm sure they'd give you some suggestions. Ask to talk to Rob... if you're close he may want to see your ride.

 

Yup, same engines. Run by the dealership and look under the hood of an RA and see if they're setup the same way or not. If so, you may be able to use an RA intake (but seems unlikely).

 

I'm in Canby, you could drop by and compare with my RA. I have a CAI on my car. We should be able to figure out if the SRI would work on yours.
