air recirculation button doesn't work
hi guys..this problem has been here for a while but never got to ask about it..so the thing is, my air recirculation doesn't work..the button doesn't light up at all and i don't hear/feel any changes when i press on it..idk if it's just the bulb on the button itself or if it is working at all..i've searched an didn't find anything regarding this issue :(
please help! thanks! :mitsu: |
Is you position dial on defrost by chance. Recirculation won't work on defrost mode. If not check fuses first.

i've tried turning it on on every dial and it just doesnt wanna light up lol..i'll check the fuses and see if thats the root cause..do you by any chance know which fuse that would be? i have the fsm so i'll look through it when i get home..thanks so much again! {thumbup} |
I'm not sure on the fuse. At work and have limited resources. Could possibly be a bulb but I think that is unlikely.

Thanks for all your help! I'll be checking up on these threads from time to time so reply whenever you have time :) Thanks bro!

I think the recirculation button only works when the knob is selected to MaxAC? But I could be wrong. I never use recirculation personally though.

i tried everything it really doesn't work. hmm i'm thinking fuses but i still have to learn how to check them lol. i'll let you guys know if this problem gets solved in case someone else is having the same problem.

Just a side note, mine works fine, (I think).. But when I switch it on I dont hear anything change. I believe all it does it pulls air from inside the cabin instead of outside. This is suppose to help on a hot day or cold day when the air outside is dramatically different then inside. Not sure that it is suppose to make a different sound. Doesn't seem like it should. Thats my 2 cents.
