LOLOL...I didn't really pay much attention to where you lived. Anyway, the drop looks sweet to me. I really will consider the GC's if the springs I found brand new for dirt cheap don't come thru. Thanks for the pic though.

No problem. Once aligned I should be good to keep it that height, I hope. I'll post up some more photos once it warms up a bit and I can comfortably get out.

Thanks for the compliments too, I like the way it sits as well. Any lower is just too much around here.

It's not a McPherson setup where everything connects to the strut; ours are independent from basically everything else other then the knuckle.

Hey stockley, did you just get new tires or new wheels and tires? If wheels, what specs?

I just tires. General Exclaim UHP I got them for a pretty good deal through work so whatever. lol.

I was planning on doing rims this year but I don't think I am yet. I just dropped $1000 on a new camera lens so I dunno

It's not that bad actually. A little rough but bearable.

Rubs at 75% lock going forward and roughly 60% in reverse. It only seems to be rubbing on a push in clip in the fender liner so I am thinking it can be fixed fairly easily.

No camber kit yet. The car is raised back up now till I get one because I don't want to ruin my new tires too much.

Those are your stock struts right? I wonder how they will hold up once you have the drop on them.

I can almost gaurauntee that they won't last. A drop like that will demolish those stock shocks. I am already looking at getting new ones, GR-2's more then likely, so I am not to worried.

Hey stockley,I'm lowering my 03 Lancer and I've lowered it successfully except when ever I turn the front two sleeves and springs spin which causes a weird spring popping noise, any ideas of what's going on?
