Alright soni finally found a front lip thats fits our ride pretty well. Its from a company called oem direct. Its a universal front lip made out of abs plastic. Its quite maleable so you can play around with it so it fits good.

You don't happen to habe a link to the site/dealer do you? As Ive tried searching "oem direct" and am getting a GM parts site.

 

I looked for so long to find something thats made for our ride but your gunna need to get something with similar dimensions and play around with it so it fits good.
Theres some guys on this forum running 04-06 subaru impreza front lips which look similar, but this one will fit better. Ive tried the impreza front lip...
Long story short, i found this lip on ebay. The company is called "oem direct" like mentionned earlier in the thread.
If you type in polyurethane universal front lip, it should pop up somewhere.
I bought it about a year ago so i dont know if they still exist. I assume they do but i didnt check before writting this.
Lemme check today and ill get back to you tonight.
Not knowing it would fit, i measured the dimensions of our front bumper, and on their site they give the measurements of their front lip.
There not exactly the same but because its polyurethane, it bends really easily, and once bolted up, it remains in the position you want.

Thanks for searching anyway, I'll keep an eye out for any universal lips for our shape of lancer.
But I was on ebay last night, since your pointed out OemDirect are an ebay seller (moron points to me ), I did spot this lip, http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/221680121078 , it looks similar to yours, but I will need to measure the bumper as they do show the sizes for the lip.
