bouncing and squeeking

I have Tein S-Type springs in my car. They've been in for about 6 months now. Lately Ive noticed that the ride is really bouncy, and I get a squeek from the rear of the car over bumps. This could just be the bushings on the sway bar, but I'm not sure.

Do you think my struts are shot? I'm debating replacing the springs with coilovers, but don't want to if it doesnt fix the bouncyness...

I don't know about your bouncy ride, but the queaking is probably the rear lower control arm bushings. That's what it was on my car last winter, and that's what it is again this winter.

If you want to test it, wait for a day that isn't -80*C and run your car through a car wash with a good underbody flush. The squeaking will go away for a short while. Once it all dries out again, the squeaking will return.

EDIT: What does each corner of your car do if you stand next to it and push down once, and let go? Does it go down, up, then settle where it should be, or does it bounce more than once? If it bounces more than once, it could be the struts on their way out.

the cause of your bouncyness is most likely cause ur strut is shot check ur struts if they have oil on them then its time to replace the struts
