Does anyone know what offset we should use for 16x7 wheels?

 

if you ever used your eyes there is a Tires, Wheel and Suspension forum which has plenty of information to offer.

To answer your question, it's not really what you should use, it's what you can use. +40 offset pushes your wheels out (from what I know) and I guess you'd want a wider look, which is what that will do for you.
