What ended up working was to WD40 the **** out of it, wrapping the rotor in a rag, and taking the biggest hammer I could find to knock them off.
Good luck!
If you take off the caliper, you can use a big bolt and nut to push the rotor off. Put the biggest bolt that will fit through one of the caliper mounting holes, and thread it into a nut that's between the caliper mount and the rotor.
Then hold the nut with a wrench while you tighten the bolt. It'll push the rotor right off. If it's really stubborn, you might have to turn the rotor a quarter turn and repeat. I've never had one NOT come off using this method, even when torching and pounding didn't work.
