are you talking about Tein Coilovers compared to Progress springs? Confused by your title since it says "coil tein or progress".

If you have the money for for a coilover setup. springs will work, but a risk of blowing your shocks and you will hear the infamous "mice in your RA" sound -lol- Personally I picked Tein and love it!

Your title isn't clear, but I'm guessing you want to know whether Tein S-tech springs or Progress springs are better. Search around, as there are some other threads on this, and each has it's up's and down's. Completely depends on what you're looking for.

Well i get a squeaky noise in my car when my springs i guess are "not warmed up" since in colder times when my car is moving it sounds like little mice or birds chirping but after a lil while the noise goes away and everything is fine... could be maybe my shocks are blown? dunno?... but I dont notice anything when I take the Togue... either way dont care since im going full coilover -lol-

TEIN all the way... Tein will perform, Progress look good for the front and tend to augment the height of the rear end...

you'll see many persons have Progress in front and keep OEM at the back (don't do that !!!)
