Lift the car up and check for play in the wheel, both with the car straight and with the wheel to the right.

Maybe they failed to align it..? Lift up the car and take a look to see if everything is in place. Also make sure they put the wheel well back in, sometimes they forget to put stuff back in and it drops and rubs on your wheels or something.

its not the tires. i have brand new wheels and tires on. and it did it with the stock ones on to. i lifted the car and there is no play in the wheel. i guess next on my list would be an allignment. i dont want to take it back to the dealer because they always remind me that because of the stuff i have done, next time they wont cover warrenty work. plus mitsubishi called me to ask if i was satisfied with my last visit. i told them i wasnt. i also told them that i put a deposit on a white ra and when i went to pick it up the next day with the paperwork from the bank i found out the one i put money on was sold. then they had to bring one in from ohio (which they drove in) and it was silver. so they sent an email to tom masano mitsubishi. thanks for the help, ill let you know if the allignment fixes it.
