Squeaky Steering Issue

I have 52,000 miles on my car, I have been experiencing loud squeaks in my steering when I turn the wheel and when I hit bumps on our crappy MI roads.

The steering it self is tight and I have no leaks, when it rains, or the vehicle is wet (after a car wash) there are no squeaks at all. The noise appears to be coming from the rubber bellows on the steering rack.

Has anyone experienced this problem? I am fearing the rack will need to be replaced unless there is a way to lubricate the points that are squeaking.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely the front struts and/or the strut top mounts.
