Home Depot Lip Anyone?

has anyone with a lancer done this? i want to get a front lip for my car but i cant see myself spending 200 bucks for a small front lip right now, when my friend just got a lip for his STi for 80 bucks. the only thing im worried about going with this lip is how the GTS has the front air dams and i dont know how that would look. i looked up pics of it done and every car the front bumper goes straight across instead of up and down like ours.

has anyone thought about trying this or know someone who has? i'm going to do it either way probably this weekend, im just seeing if anyones tried it first.

for those who dont know what it is

What is this product from Home Depot? I would try this for you. Are you trying to put this on a GTS?

If it's done right (like the pics above) then it looks good, but more often than not it gets funky curves and distorts...

its not really a good deal to do on the lancers, especially the GTS. i've looked up about 5 different attemps on 9glancer and they all came out terrible. none of them even looked half decent. its because of the fangs we have in the front makes it almost impossible to pull of right.

I did it as well....was on for a few days until it flew off on the highway somewhere lol. Just used double sided tape. It looked pretty good but I just couldn't get over the fact that it was weather stripping.

For the price, and the time it takes to do it, I'd say go for it....and post a pic.
