Best Color for This Generation of Lancer?
Best Color for This Generation of Lancer?
Well, "best" is in the eye of the beholder, but my mom and I both own a 2010 GTS Sportback. Her's in Apex Silver, mine is Rally Red. I can anecdotally attest to the fact that when driving hers around (which I did quite a bit before I decided I wanted one too) that the silver gets a lot more admiring looks and comments than the red. In fact, the red car is almost totally ignored. I guess the silver is just more noticeable and classy to most people. I would have never given it a second thought except that we have the same car and it kept happening. How does your color of choice fair in the "get noticed" department?
I've got Black, but i also really like white and GG!
1. black (with the chrome surround, without it i would probably place white for no.1)
2. white
3. gg ( makes it look like a shark - shark )
just my opinion.

I'm feeling better about Rally Red. Some random guy stopped me in the supermarket parking lot to ask me about my car. He'd never seen one before but liked the way it looked (Lancer Sportbacks are pretty rare out in the world).
I have a 2011 Octane Blue Lancer GTS and it gets plenty of looks. I had the option of a silver one as well but to me it seems that there are a ton of cars on the road silver colored. The Octane Blue stands out and I keep nice and shinny all the time. Color is in the eye of the beholder though so it's really up the person viewing the car. I went with Octane Blue because I like it. I really don't care what others think. I'm the one driving the car in the end. To each there own.

Yeah, Huntington Beach Mitsubishi had both a red and a blue Sportback but for some odd reason they wanted $500 more for the blue. Me being the cheapskate I am couldn't justify that just for a certain color (I do like the Octane Blue though).
OP, you should base your opinions on your own preferences, not what other people say
That said, black all the way. Nothing looks better than black after a good wash (but it shows dirt way too well)
