2009 Ralliart 5-speed Or Tc-sst

Which would you prefer for the Ralliart a 5-speed or the TC-SST auto?

Well, the only option for the one to be released this year is the SST, however never hurts to show mistu if prospective buyers would prefer something else

You should also add 6 speed to the list

wasn't the evo rumored to only come in the SST also?
I would think the SST ralliart is going to cost as much as a base evo, or pretty close, and they will have a 5/6spd priced closer to a decked out lancer. That would make sense, to me anyway.

I have yet to own an "automatic" but if I decided to pick up 2009 Ralliart it would be as a DD so the SST might be the better bet.

^true but some ppl have to look at the bigger picture, such as traffic, wifey, etc.

i would hate my RA if it was auto but maybe the awd and turbo will make the new one just as fun......maybe

I would really prefer the car to be a manual transmission... It is just more fun to drive in my opinion....

I disagree -- I want to drive, not worry about shifting gears -- I think the people who are dead set against the TC-SST are mostly people who have never driven a paddle-shift car, and probably haven't spent much time driving good automatics, either (meaning a sporty automatic, as opposed to the sludge that most automatics seem to tend to).

City driving in traffic just isn't as much fun when you can't concentrate on lane shifting and cornering, all because you're distracted by speed changes and shifting. I'm looking forward to the TC-SST because the rest of the time I want something much closer to a manual.
