so i take it u didn't get pics of the rear? did u notice the blacked out rears as well? tell everybody how sick they look

 

nah i didn't take pics of the rear but the car is sick, if they do start at like $25,000 im gonna get 1 before the end of the yr and finally giveup on my 92 talon tsi, I've been waiting for an automatic evo been to lazy to learn how to drive a sick and wouldn't wanna drive a stick in jersey.

 

nice writeup.... It is a shame about the rear seats... At least the trunk is the same size as the gts right?

 

nice write up, i hope they use the blacked out tails instead of the boring gts tails. weird that theres no rear folding seats, even the current RA has em, but i guess its cheaper to use the evo seats to match instead of making ones specifically for the RA.

yeah the trunk was GTS sized but it didn't look all that spacious to me anyways. maybe the huge subwoofer had something to do with it

if i think the GTS's trunk is small, i can only imagine how small the EVO's trunk is...

 

I saw one at the dealer. I think you could fit a grocery bag in there . . . maybe two. Sportback FTW!

 

Hey do u know if the RA will have the same BOV that the EVO X had? Idk if u got to take a look at the bay...

 

They look great blacked out, and it's definitely a good match for the orange, and probably would be for black too, but maybe not with blue -- hope the blacked-out taillights make it to Canada, where Mitsubishi's HID headlights are probably not street-legal enough to make it on to the Ralliarts for sale here (I'm guessing that they might decide that the blacked out taillights only go with the HID headlights).

Yeah -- doesn't look as bad as I thought it would (note that this blue is a bit more blue than the one that Mitsubishi has pictured for the 2009 Lancer GTS on their Canadian site: build one at mitsubishi-motors.ca/Lancer/Landing.aspx and choose Octane Blue, of course):

 

will it have a bov? yes. is it the same as the EVO X? no.
